At Trainz, we want you to feel confident in every outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is completely stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
