This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The rear light does not function. The tender trucks have some minor damage, and one set of wheels does not sit properly in place. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. The original box is included along with the foam liner. The instruction manual is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
