Schilling 44245 Lionel Lines Wind-Up Tinplate Rail Zeppelin EX/Box

This is a Schiling 44245 Lionel Rail Zeppelin. The Rail Zeppelin was a famous German train that resembled the giant Zeppelin air ships. It was 85 feet long and propelled by a propeller! Although it did not pull any cars, in 1931 it set a new railway speed record by achieving a speed of 142.9 mph for 20 km. This tin replica is great as a floor toy or to run on O gauge track. Just insert the key, wind it up and off it goes.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The original box is included. The instruction manual is included. Overall condition is Excellent.
