This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This is being sold as-is and needs to be repaired. This is a compete rebuild and maybe missing some pieces. The locomotive is in good shape with light nicks, scratches, and tarnish spots. The tender is heavily tarnished and needs to be polished. The motor and wheels will need to be reattached. Some of the parts may be missing. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included along with the foam liner. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
