This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive does not run and is being sold As-Is due to stripped gears. The female coupling half from the locomotive to the tender is missing. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of tarnish throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
