Features include a die-cast boiler, chassis and tender, a high performance pittman motor, cab interior detail, a constant voltage headlight, an operating smoke unit, operating driver illumination lights, an operating firebox glow, an operating tender back up light and protosound digital sound package designed by QSI.
Known as the Baltic in Europe and the Hudson in North America, the 4-6-4 was introduced in the early 20th century finding success in hauling freight and as a shunting model. Their use would initially find great success on North American railways before eventually becoming mainstays in rail-yards around the world!
