This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. The steam locomotive was tested & does not run properly, therefore it is being sold as-is. The underside of the locomotive is heavily rusted. There are scratches, scuffs & nicks along the bodies of the cars. All of the cars show spots of rust along the wheels and axles. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
