This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This item functioned when tested however there was some difficulty activating. There is discoloration across the surface of this item. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included.
