Lionel 736 Vintage O 2-8-4 Berkshire Steam Locomotive with 6466W Tender VG

This is a Lionel 736 Vintage O 2-8-4 Berkshire Steam Locomotive with 6466W Tender from 1950-53. The 736 was a mainstay of Lionel's line for much of the Postwar Era and was included in numerous top of the line sets. Features for the locomotive include die-cast metal construction, a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, a decorative bell, metal side rods, and metal wheels and axles. The 2671WX tender features an operating whistle, a plastic body, plastic truck sides, one die-cast operating coil coupler, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. A marker jewel mount is broken off of the locomotive. The other marker jewel piece is bent and missing the jewel. The tender's shell is loose form the chassis. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The locomotive and tender show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
