Lionel 6560 Vintage O Lionel Lines Bucyrus Erie Crane Car - Red Cab

This is a Lionel 6560 Vintage Lionel Lines Bucyrus Erie Operating Crane Car from 1955-69. The 6560 Bucyrus Erie operating crane car enjoyed the longest run of any postwar Lionel crane car. At first glance the 6560 appears to be a carryover of the 6460. Externally this looks to be correct, internally it is very different. The 6560 was redesigned to incorporate many cost savings features. This crane car features die-cast trucks, a rotating cab that swivels 360 degrees, a hook and boom that can be raised and lowered, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This car has a rotating wheel with spots of corrosion. This car shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This car shows rust on the chassis and trucks.
