Lionel 6119 Vintage DL&W Red Work Caboose #6119 VG

This is a Lionel 6119 Vintage Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Work Caboose from 1955-56. The 6119 D.L. & W. (Delaware, Lackawanna & Western) work caboose marked the introduction of a scaled down version of Lionel‘s premium work caboose. Originally introduced in 1955, Lionel produced several different versions of the 6119. For each new version, Lionel included a suffix to the stock number to differentiate the newer version from a prior version. This caboose features die-cast metal trucks, an operating knuckle coupler, and metal wheels and axles. It is not lighted.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scratches visible on the chassis and trucks of the car. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The wheels show average run-time. This item has small spots of rusting. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
