Here is a Lionel 6-29831 O Gauge Swift Hot Box Reefer. When a wheel bearing overheats it causes the brakeman’s nightmare known as a hot box. These new cars allow you to recreate this red hot situation. The scenario begins with an irregular sound and a whiff of smoke. Crew dialog keeps you on top of the situation with reports such as Something’s burning! And We’ve got a blazer! Smoke, lights and screeching intensify until you, the engineer, initiate an emergency stop to let your crew cool that spindle. Features include Flickering lights, smoke, screeching and crew dialog of a hot box emergency, die-cast metal trucks, operating couplers and an ON/OFF switch. This reefer operates on both Command Control and Conventional layouts.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use.
