Here is a great Lionel 28072 New York Central 4-6-4 Hudson Locomotive with Tender from 2001. It features a can/flywheel motor, Trainmaster command control, Odyssey System for speed control, die-cast frame, die-cast metal trucks, traction tires, headlights, directional lighting, RailSounds, electrocouplers, wireless tether, metal handrails, red firebox glow, smoke unit, and die-cast pilot. It will run on a 42" diameter curve or larger.
Known as the Baltic in Europe and the Hudson in North America, the 4-6-4 was introduced in the early 20th century finding success in hauling freight and as a shunting model. Their use would initially find great success on North American railways before eventually becoming mainstays in rail-yards around the world!
