Here is a Lionel 19897 New York Central #X-13 TMCC Operating Crane Car. This operating car brings a new level of action to Command Control railroading. Installation is simple and, in no time at all, you can be running your own M.o.W. operations anywhere on your layout via the wireless CAB-1 Remote Controller (not included). TrainMaster Command Control operation including 360 degree cab rotation, up and down action of the boom, independent control of the main and auxiliary hooks, independent control of the front and rear work lights, and deployment of all six outriggers. This crane features four powerful maintenance-free motors, Die-cast metal six-wheel sprung and equalized trucks, Dual ElectroCouplers, Die-cast metal body, frame, boom and cab, Operating front and rear work lights, Opening cab doors, Twelve outrigger supports included for use on both traditional O gauge, O-27 or the FasTrack track system. The remote controller is not included.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. Some of the outriggers don't pop out reliably. This car shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
