Lionel 17457 Great Northern PS-5 Scale Length Gondola. This gondola features die-cast metal sprung trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles. These superb models are based on the utilitarian 52 inch 6 inch gondolas designed by the Pullman Standard Car Manufacturing Company. Each of these scale sized gondolas has a detailed interior walls and floor with operating corrugated drop ends. The underframe features separately applied brake rigging and air tanks. The realistic die-cast metal operating couplers work smoothly magnetically and manually without a hanging “trigger disc” for a more prototypical appearance.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. Overall condition is Like New.
