Lionel 38-85 Vintage O "Super O" Adapter Track FOR 3656 Cattle Car Platform EX/Box
Because of the closely -spaced track ties of Super O track, the special contact blades of such equipment as the 3656 Cattle Platform, the 497 Coaling Station and the "low bridge" signal blades of the 3376 Giraffe car cannot be fitted in the regular Super O track and must be mounted on the No. 38 Accessory Adapter sections, which were originally sold in pairs each one half the length of a regular Super O straight section. The # 38 sections are 5-3/8" long and must be used in pairs to balance the layout.
