This item has been graded per TCA standards C-4: Fair based on visual appearance. This didn't move when test and being sold as-is. This has spots of rust over different potions of the engine. There are missing trim pieces, a broken coupler, and some rust on trim as well. There are spots of paint loose. The wheels on this engine are cracking. There are scratches, nicks, and dents to the shell. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
