Lionel 2356 Vintage O Southern F-3 ABA Diesel Locomotives VG

This is a Lionel 2356 Vintage O Southern F-3 ABA Diesel Locomotive Set from 1954-56. These were one of the first Lionel F-3 sets decorated in colors other than Santa Fe or New York Central. Included is a powered A unit, a non-powered A unit, and a non-powered B unit. The powered unit features include dual motors, a reverse unit, operating lights, die-cast metal trucks, operating metal knuckle coupler and metal wheels. The non-powered a unit has an operating horn, operating couplers, lights metal trucks and wheels. The B unit features die cast trucks, fixed knuckle couplers, and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The A unit's nose decal is flaking. The A unit shows cracks in the port-hole windows. Each locomotives show yellowing on the port-hole windows. These locomotives show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. These locomotives show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
