Lionel 2333 Vintage O Santa Fe F3 AA Diesel Set VG

This is a Lionel 2333 Vintage O Santa Fe F3 AA Diesel Set from 1948-49. The 2333s are the first of the famous Santa Fe F-3s, which took the country by storm when they were first introduced in 1948. Included is a powered A unit and non-powered A unit. Features include a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, decorative horns, die-cast metal trucks, operating metal knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Both locomotives have yellowed port-hole windows. Both locomotives have flaking nose decals. Both locomotives have bent step pieces. Both locomotives show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. Both locomotives show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
