Here is a Lionel 2224 Coal Tender. This tender features a die cast shell on a metal frame, metal wheels and axles, coupler, whistle. Please see my pictures for additional features.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-4: Fair based on visual appearance. This item did not work when tested. The previous owner has put holes in the coal load. There are significant signs of rust along the body as well as the underframe. Both trucks have been replaced with postwar assemblies. The wheels show heavy run-time.
