Lionel 1835E Vintage Standard Gauge Steam Locomotive with 1835W Tender/Box
Here is a Lionel 1835E Standard Gauge Steam Locomotive. This powered steam locomotive features a motor, reverse unit, an operating headlight, firebox glow, tinplate boiler and cab, and metal wheels. The tender features die cast construction, stamped metal trucks, journal boxes, combination coupler, whistle, metal wheels and axles. Please see my pictures for additional features.
This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. The tender's whistle is non-functional due to a damaged propeller. The locomotive shows heavy corrosion on the headlamp. The locomotive's cab side decals are chipped. The tender shows heavy rashes and pitting in the shell paint. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The locomotive and tender show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
