The locomotive features a motor, reverse unit, an operating headlight, a decorative bell, metal rods, metal gears, metal wheels, and operating pilot coupler. The tender features metal railing, a light, one operating box coupler, metal stamped trucks, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The tender lights up, however the locomotive does not appear to pick up power or move on the test track therefore it will be sold As-Is. This car shows scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This car shows spots of rust on the chassis and trucks.
