This is a K-Line K-424082 Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Operating Billboard. The workman got an emergency call that his sign has begun peeling off, so he threw his gear in the truck and drove over to repair the billboard. Either there is too much humidity in the air, or his glue has just lost its stickiness because the sign just won't stick no matter how many time he goes over it.
