Here is an Ives 3253 Vintage O 0-4-0 Tinplate Prewar Electric Locomotive with (2) Passenger Cars. The included passenger cars are a #129 Saratoga Observation car and a #130 Buffet Dinner car. The locomotive's features include a tinplate metal shell, cast iron frame, a motor, a manual reverse unit, Ives snake pull couplers, an operating headlight, and metal wheels. The passenger cars feature tinplate construction, metal: trucks, wheels, and couplers. The #129 Observation car also features interior illumination.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. Tested operation showed the locomotive to be functional, however it appeared to only operate in one direction (headlight). There are nicks, scratches, paint loss, denting, and rust on the surface of the shell, trucks, and chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
