This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Sols As-Is. This has been tested and is non-functional. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. The coupler tails have been cut off. Several of the rails on these items are il fitting and loose. The head lamp and smoke stack on the locomotive are ill fitting and come loose easily. One step up on the tender is broken. These items have been out on display previously and their overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
