American Flyer 21004 Vintage S 0-6-0 Steam Switcher VG
Here is an American Flyer 21004 Pennsylvania 0-6-0 Yard Switcher. This was an uncatalogued version from 1957. It comes equipped with Pull-Mor traction tires on rear drivers, smoke and choo-choo in boiler, two-position reverse unit mounted on rear of motor, and disconnecting drawbar attached to the chassis.
Upon its introduction during the 19th century, the 0-6-0 would quickly become one of the most widely used models in many rail-yards due to its versatility becoming a favored unit over its 0-4-0 and 0-8-0 counterparts. With their ability to operate on both heavy and light railways, the 0-6-0 would become a staple in rail-yards all over the world!
